Considering the financial shake-up at the club, West Ham have had a pretty good season on the pitch, and are challenging for a Europa League spot.
Recent form has been average, with a 4-4-4 record in the last twelve league games, and at home West ham have performed in line with expectations recently, beating Sunderland, Man City and Hull City while losing to both Chelsea and Manchester United.

Liverpool may be struggling to field a team line-up that includes both Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres but you wouldn't know looking at recent results.
Liverpool have won seven of their last eight league games, the exception being the 4-4 with Arsenal at Anfield, and have scored 26 goals in the process, making Liverpool the highest scorers in the league with 69 goals.
The Reds have a pretty good away record as a consequence, with four wins in the last five games, although that 0-2 loss at Middlesbrough was a suprise - especially as Liverpool didn't really look like scoring.
Head to Head
Liverpool have a pretty good record at Upton Park with three wins in the last four seasons, although the Hammers recorded a 1-0 victory last season thanks to a 90th minute penalty.
Reverse fixtures at Anfield have pretty much gone Liverpool's way, until West Ham earned a point in a 0-0 draw this season.

West Ham are a tough nut to crack these days, but both Chelsea and Manchester United have come to Upton Park and won 1-0 recently, and I'd rank Liverpool as that same level.
However, the bookmakers know this too, and the early vlaue prices on Liverpool have dried up with only 1.57 available at most places.
