You may not be familiar with Boston starter Justin Masterson, but the young righty has outstanding, hard sinking stuff. He's made one start allowing 2 hits in 6 innings with a 1.50 ERA.
Kansas City has never faced him and the Royals have the worst offense in the American League.
At least the Royals have a good starter going in Gil Meche, a guy who is 4-1 with a 3.86 ERA against the Red Sox.
