Roma Hoping for Help from Siena
Roma coach, Luciano Spalletti, knows that the chances of his side snatching the Scudetto from under the nose of Inter Milan are slim, but anything is possible in football, so the Giallorossi must try to beat Atalanta on Sunday and hope Siena cause an upset at the San Siro.
Roma earned the chance of getting one over on Inter by reaching the final of the Coppa Italia on Thursday night, so it has been another successful season for the Romans.
Spalletti’s side have spent much of the season playing catch-up, so Sunday’s scenario will not be unfamiliar.
Roma stepped up their game last weekend at Sampdoria, encouraged by the news coming out of the Milan Derby, they scored three goals in the final 15 minutes.
Atalanta also enjoyed a strong second half last Sunday, scoring three times to overcome Livorno at home ending a miserable run in front of goal.
Before that victory the Oribici had failed to score in six of their previous seven games, which is a poor statistic to take to the capital.

AS roma have the ability to win this comfortably - but I think that it might be a bit of a nervous scratchy victory - especially if news comes through that Siena are doing their bit.
