BETTING PREVIEW
It's not a total disaster but it really wasn't ideal dropping points at the Emirates, as Arsenal drew 0-0 with Everton in a game they had chances to win. Still, they haven't lost since being beaten by Tottenham, and if they continue to win their games there will be Champions League football to play next season.
Fatigue does not matter here as Arsenal played on Tuesday at home, while Fulham were the ones who played on Wednesday, being trounced 3-0 at home by their neighbours Chelsea. Fulham drew 3-3 earlier this season at Arsenal and have actually not been beaten at home the last few times they've hosted Arsenal, but I feel the situation means the Gunners are rightly favoured.
Confidence will be low for Fulham, who have failed to win any of their last 3 since beating QPR. And even against QPR, they went 3-0 up and then almost ended with a draw as the Rangers fought back in the 2nd half. That 2nd half problem will cost them against Arsenal, who this year are the form team in the latter stages of games.
Forget the recent h2h, because Arsenal come here having lost just 1 of their last 11 games, winning 8! They could and should have beaten Everton, and if anything, it ramps up their concentration for this one. I don't think the price looks good if you look at it from a historical perspective, but on form, Arsenal are very much the favourites to win.
THE BETTING VERDICT
I'm going to take Arsenal to win, but I do expect it to be tight.
