It's hard to make a case for Reading at home, so away at Norwich City, where the Canaries have blanked and beaten teams in the top 4, it's a bit of a no-brainer.
Norwich City should be safe, but they still need a few points to make sure that is a mathematical certainty. That gives them the motivation to play for the win against a team they know they can hammer.
Reading have lost 13 of their 16 away games this season, and in the last 11 have been beaten in all but 1. That's dire. Despite that draw last weekend against Liverpool, where they managed a quite surprising 0-0 result, this is a team that is always unbackable due to it's defence, and they will surely be going back down a league.
Norwich City were leading 1-0 at the Emirates before they gave away a penalty that allowed Arsenal to level, and I think they thought they had been treated unfairly (they weren't!), which led to them losing concentration and being hammered for another 2 goals. Still, it was a tough loss to take when just a few minutes from a result, and the backlash is that they will likely look to beat up on Reading.
Norwich have lost only 3 games at home, and I think you can safely bet against this being No. 4.
