Hannover are 9th after they beat Hoffenheim 1-0 last weekend, but they will be knackered for this one after a very tough match out east in Russia. Hannover took a 1-0 lead at Anzhi Makhachkala but were beaten 3-1 after Eto'o kickstarted the comeback. Nurnberg look like they could capitalise and grab a win.
Nurnberg are just 4 points behind Hannover, and sit 13th in the table. They will badly want to win this, as the last 4 meetings have all been losses. Earlier this season they went to Hannover and were thrashed 4-1. The last 2 meetings here have ended 2-1 to Hannover and before than 3-1 to Nurnberg back in 2010.
I can't get past that recent h2h record though, with Hannover dominant, winning the last 4 and scoring 10 in that time, especially the 4 they netted in the reverse this season. I think it's hard to bet against Hannover because of that, but their travel in mindweek means I cannot back them either. What I do feel is they will score, but also concede a few thanks to the fatigue.
Indeed, never have these two teams played out a scoreless draw. There have always been goals and I think that will be the case here again, but with both sides scoring. Nurnberg will play a very attacking game, because with Hannover dropping their last 5 away games in the league, there is never a better chance to pick up a win against a side that has been bossing them in recent meetings.

Hannover have lost 14 of their last 16 away games in the league. That's a terrible run, and I'l suggest you take both teams to score in a game I feel Nurnberg will just about edge.
