A Sports Betting Pick by Lamps

Queens Park Rangers
Queens Park Rangers were resolute in their 0-0 draw at home to Manchester City midweek. The point leaves Rangers at the foot of the table and the gap to safety is 4 points making this game somewhat important.
Redknapp's side have avoided defeat in 2 of their last 3 games but have only recorded 1 win in 6. To be fair to the team they have only lost once in that time frame with plenty of draws along the way (4).
At home it's 0 wins in 6 with a record of 3 draws and 3 defeats. If the side wants to avoid relegation they must start winning at home and this game looks decent enough on paper for them.
The last 3 home league games have ended with blanks in front of goal as the goal threat has really dried up. To be fair Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham were the opposition so not many will score against these sides.
Norwich City
Norwich City were unable to hold onto their lead against Spurs midweek but a 1-1 draw is a decent result for them. With a 6 point cushion above the drop zone you wouldn't say Norwich are in direct danger but that could change very quickly.
The Canaries haven't won in 7 league games now losing 5 in the process. Norwich won 3 straight in December but all of a sudden have gone cold and they really need to avoid defeat in this tricky away game.
Away from home it's 3 straight defeats at WBA (2-1), West Ham (2-1) and Liverpool (5-0). The side did win at Swansea (3-4) but this is their only victory in 14 away league games.
The blank at Liverpool was their first in 6 away games so there is a goal threat. At the other end no clean sheets in 6 is concerning with the last 4 home sides scoring at least 2 goals against them.
Betting Verdict
The hosts are around evens to win this game which is short given both have won just 1 game in their last 6 home/away splits. Queens Park Rangers of the 2 sides have held off strong opposition at home in recent weeks and will fancy their chances against Norwich.
The visitors on the other hand were 5 unbeaten but have since gone on to lose 3 in a row. Both sides will be happy taking a point mid week against City and Spurs so this should be a good game.
If QPR were 2.20 then yes I would back them but they are not and as a result Norwich not to lose is my play. Rangers need 2 to win this but I'm not so sure they can get that given their current dry run of goals as this ends in 1-1 draw.
Good Luck
