Match Preview :
Tottenham comes into this match aiming to carry on their good form from last year when they welcome relegation threatened Reading to White Hart Lane.
To date Tottenham have won six of their last eight games hoping for a top four finish and comes into this match on the back of two consecutive wins.
Gareth Bale scored a hat-trick in the 4-0 win over Aston Villa and last Saturday Tottenham had to come from behind to beat Sunderland 2-1 away from home.
Andre Villas-Boas' men will now be looking to complete the double over Reading after they had won their initial meeting 3-1 at the Madejski Stadium earlier in the season.
Meanwhile Reading will be happy knowing that they head into this match on the back of a win after Pavel Pogrebnyak's goal against West Ham United gave them just a second league win of the campaign.
Reading had drawn 0-0 with Swansea City in the previous game to end a run of seven straight defeats, and will now be aiming to pull away from the other teams at the bottom.
As it is now, Brian McDermott's side are three points clear of rock-bottom Queens Park Rangers, but are still five points away from safety.

Tottenham Team News :
Gareth Bale is suspended for Tottenham after his booking for diving against Sunderland. He has accumulated five yellow cards this season and will miss this match. Clint Dempsey and Gylfi Sigurdsson are the most likely replacement for Bale after they came on as substitutes at the Stadium of Light.
Scott Parker could start in midfield, while Villas-Boas may decide to rotate at centre-back yet again after bringing Michael Dawson and Steven Caulker in for Jan Vertonghen and William Gallas in their last match.
Reading Team News :
Jason Roberts could return after missing Reading's last five matches with a hip injury. Adam Le Fondre will hope to start after he was only on the substitutes bench against West Ham although Brian McDermott is likely to continue with just one up front and may name an unchanged side.
Defender Sean Morrison was on the bench after he recovered from an ankle injury, but goalkeeper Alex McCarthy is a long-term absentee with a shoulder problem.

Go for Tottenham to win by a couple of goals and give the 1 1/2 ball.
