Two sides comes face to face with each other in what promises to be a relegation battle with both sides desperate to get the win here.

Their own strikers in the form of Alberto Gilardino and Alessandro Diamanti are experiencing a dry spell having scored just eight between them so far this season. Diamanti broke the deadlock against Udinese and Pioli will be hoping that it is the start of a run for the Captain.
