The North Carolina State Wolfpack are up in Connecticut looking for their first win of the season after they went down 35-21 to Tennessee last week. To be fair, they lost that game because they started slow and by the time they got going the game was gone. That won't happen today, look for NC State to start fast out of the blocks and build a good lead by HT, one they will not give up.
Connecticut won 37-0 but then they were playing Massachusetts, who have never before even competed at FBS level! So bad was the opposition, they managed more yardage through the air than on the ground, and they actually rushed the ball on more plays than throwing it.
NC State blew it as they gave up 20 of their 35 points conceded in the 1st quarter alone! 2 came via safety and in the end they got hit by 2 very long TD plays that should not have happened and will not happen today. Connecticut will be facing a team that should not give them as much success through the air, and as it is, UConn are a rushing team so that is what they will end up reverting to.
