The late kick-off in the Eredivisie will be between NEC Nijmegen and Ajax and both teams will be all fired up for this one.
NEC Nijmegen
NEC Nijmegen grabbed a 0-2 win over SC Heerenveen last weekend thanks to goals from Platje (att) and Cmovs (att) boosting the already very confident team to an even higher level.
NEC will welcome back Nuytinck (def) and Conboy (mid) from suspension while Loen (mid) and Van der Velden (att) will remain sidelined.
Ajax Amsterdam
Ajax once again did not manage to beat AZ in the Arena last weekend with the visitors keeping Ajax to a 2-2 draw.
All seemed to work out pretty well with Van der Wiel (def) opening the score early in the first half but two goals from Altidore (att) left Ajax looking for the equalizer. Seven minutes from time Sigthorsson (att) managed to find the net for the hosts allowing Ajax to save a point.
Ajax will travel to Nijmegen without Boilesen (def), Enoh (mid) and Sulejmani (def) while Boerrigter (att) may join the selection coming back from a long-term injury.
The Betting Verdict :
Away games where Ajax is involved do have the tendency to have goals in them and the team managed to score at least twice in their last seven games on the road.
Defensively Ajax suffered a huge loss with Vertonghen (def) leaving over the summer and with Boilesen (def) injured it's hard to see past at least one NEC goal.
The second pick of the weekend will be the over 2,5 goals bet since I can see both teams scoring at least once.
