Arizona were on a 6-2 run before dropping their last 2 and will now play Seattle this evening, a team they could well spank as there is a pitching mismatch.
Seattle recently burnt us by losing their series against San Diego, getting swept by the worst road team in MLB. On the road themselves, I see no reason to back them. They were, after all, on a 6 game losing streak before winning their last one.
The Mariners send right-handed Hector Noesi to the hill, with a 2-7 and 5.54ERA. He had 2 starts where he was hammered for 6 runs each! Then even against San Diego he could not win, despite a decent performance giving up just 1 run. It's now been over 40 days since he last won, poor sod.
The Diamondbacks have southpaw Wade Miley pitching for them. He is 7-3 and has a 2.39ERA and is actually the best rookie in MLB at the moment, with more wins and the best ERA of all the newbies.
Massive added advantage to him in that form is the fact he has never faced the Mariners before! His last 2 starts have seen his ERA drop to just 1.15 so we are likely to see him boss the Mariners considering he could do it to the Texas Rangers.

I'm going with Arizona to win this one comfortably. I suggest you do the same.
