Manchester City goies into their final home match and a win by any margin will see them lift the title for the first time in 44 years but tanding in their way will be former manager Mark Hughes and his Queen Park Rangers side as they attempt to avoid relegation.

As it is, Manchester City and United are locked on 86 points at the top of the table and it all comes down to what promises to be a nail-biting final day, with the blue side of the city on course to lift the Premier League trophy, unless there could be some final twist on the final day.

QPR have the worst away record having picked up just 11 points on the road this season. However, Hughes has never lost as a manager away at City in the Premier League and will be hoping his side can come up with a surprise.

City goes into this clash with a fully fit squad. Manager Mancini has suggested retaining the same system that finished last week's vital win over Newcastle. That could mean midfielder Nigel de Jong being in the side to allow Yaya Toure to go forward.

Controversial striker Mario Balotelli, who has not played since his sending off at Arsenal last month, is in contention after being left out against Newcastle.

QPR Team News :
QPR will be without midfielder Samba Diakite for the vital trip to the EtiHad. The January signing from Nancy is struggling with a virus and could be joined on the sidelines by Shaun Derry (dead leg) and Akos Buzsaky (hamstring), who are both given very little hope of starting this match on Sunday.

Fellow central midfielder Alejandro Faurlin is also out due to a long-term anterior cruciate ligament injury, leaving manager Mark Hughes with few choices to select in this match.
