The last time these two sides met, QPR won the match 1-0 and the match was full of controversy as Chelsea was reduced to nine players. While QPR will be looking to pull clear of relegation, for Chelsea they are coming into this game full of confidence after seeing off Barcelona in the midweek Champions League.

Meanwhile, QPR are a point above the bottom three after keeping up their superb home form with a 1-0 victory over Tottenham last time out. But after yesterday's results find themselves tied with Blackburn and a place above the bottom three.
It looks difficult for QPR as they have just one more home game left and a trip to Manchester City on the final day of the season, they could be relegated if they fail to get something from this game. For the record, QPR have lost five in a row on the road and have the worst away record in the division, collecting just 11 points all season.

Branislav Ivanovic completes a three-match domestic suspension, which means that Chelsea has problems in defence. Gary Cahill and David Luiz have hamstring injuries and are unlikely to have recovered in time for kick-off, so Jose Bosingwa and Paulo Ferreira could both start alongside John Terry.
Di Matteo is ,ikely to rest the players who played against Barcelona with Michael Essien, Florent Malouda and Daniel Sturridge all pushing for starts.
Queens Park Rangers Team News :
Adel Taarabt will miss out after he was sent off against former club Tottenham. It is likely that Djibril Cisse, could be brought back into the side to replace Taarabt after serving a suspension himself.
The likes of s Alejandro Faurlin and Kieron Dyer remains out on the injured list.
