Apart from that unexpected loss they’ve recorded wins over Stevenage and Notts County while holding Huddersfield, Charlton and Sheffield Wednesday to draws.

Oldham Athletic have won just twice in their last nine League One matches with wins over Notts County and Walsall, but these have been at home while they are winless in their last eight on the road. Losses at lowly Exeter City and Tranmere Rovers suggest to me that they should struggle at MK Dons who possess greater firepower and are pushing for an automatic promotion place.
The Latics sit in 15th place with an away record of 3-5-4 16/20, with ageing striker Shefki Kuqi (8 goals, 2 assists) leading their scoring. Forward Robbie Simpson (4 goals, 8 assists) has made a significant contribution, along with midfielder Chris Taylor (5 assists).

MK Dons will want to convert this one into a much-needed win and I think they’ll find a way against a spirited Oldham side who may just lack that edge of quality to win it themselves, so I’ll back them for the straight win here at a reasonable price.
