Scnthorpe United take on a rampant Sheffield United at Glanford Park on Saturday afternoon with the visitors looking for a swift return to Championship football and currently sitting joint top of the table.

The hosts are still without a win so far in League One, having drawn four and lost two. Their home record stands at 0-2-1 3/4 and perhaps not as easy a start as they might first have thought. Sheffield United will be looking to strikers Richard Cresswell (3 goals, 2 assists) and former Derby County forward Chris Porter (2 goals, 1 assist) to make significant contributions at this level, and they could form a pretty formidable strike partnership for the South Yorkshire outfit this term.

It’s in midfield though that I fancy Sheffield United over the hosts with Michael Doyle and Stephen Quinn (4 assists) and I think they have the edge in terms of creativity.
