Analysis:Rafa Benitez knows he is under pressure and a win against FC Twente would not only book their place into the last 16 but relieve some of the pressure on his shoulders.
The defending Champions are currently second in Group A , behind on goal difference but level on 7 points with Tottenham Hotspurs. Twente are third with 5 points.
Benitez has come under fire for the club's poor form in recent matches and the club has suffered back to back defeats slipping to sixth in the table, and tonight's clash is therefore a must win game for them to get back on track.
As for their opponents Twente, they are currently second in their domestic league, although Michel Preud'homme's have also lost their last two domestic games coming into this match. Their manager feels now is the right time to defeat Inter with the manager's uncertainty in the side and the club's injury woes.
It cannot be denied that Inter's injury list is still lengthy, with Coutinho (thigh), Cristian Chivu (groin), Diego Milito (thigh), Joel Obi (thigh) and Walter Samuel (knee ligaments) are all definitely out.
Maicon (thigh), Sulley Muntari (calf) and goalkeeper Julio Cesar (thigh) are all also sidelined, but Esteban Cambiasso and Thiago Motta could come back into the side.
For Twente, defender Rasmus Bengtsson missed the weekend loss to AZ Alkmaar due to a groin complaint, but midfielder Theo Jansson is available to start.
