Match of the week as A.C Milan takes on Juventus in the Serie A. On Monday Night Football, A.C Milan staked their claim as one of the Scudetto contenders with a crucial 2-1 victory at Napoli.
Milan’s victory saw them move up into second – just two points adrift of surprise leaders Lazio. Vincenzo Iaquinta may just recover in time, but it does seem as if Del Neri will start with Alex Del Piero and Fabio Quagliarella in attack for this clash. Milos Krasic was banned after he faked an injury while Gigi Buffon, Leandro Rinaudo and Zdenek Grygera are out of the side due to injuries.
Simone Pepe, or Jorge Martinez, is expected to step in for Krasic in a midfield which seems to be built around Felipe Melo, a reborn Alberto Aquilani and Claudio Marchisio.
For the record, Mialn won this encounter last season by a 3-0 scoreline. They have not lost here since haven’t lost here since Fabio Capello’s Juventus collected a 1-0 triumph thanks to a goal from David Trezeguet
