Analysis:Scunthorpe United who were beaten by Manchester City in both Cup competitions last season will hope to create an upset here when they welcome holders Manchester United to Glanford Park for this Carling Cup clash.
Scunthorpe will hope to create a shock as United have been knocked out by the likes of Coventry City and Southend United in previous seasons. However, the Red Devils have won the Carling Cup for the past two seasons and Sir Alex Ferguson will know not to treat their opponents lights today.

Surprise summer signing Bebe will feature at some stage, while Italian striker Federico Macheda is set to start in attack partnering Owen. Meanwhile, Anderson is expected to start his first game since February and there could also be run-outs for the likes of Darron Gibson, Chris Smalling, Ritchie de Laet and Rafael.
