Analysis:Both of these two sides have under achieved this season. Despite capturing the Coppa Italia and SuperCoppa in August of last year, Lazio had to fight against relegation went out of the Europa League early in the season and swapped Ballardini for Edy Reja and lost both Rome derbies.

The talks has begun as Marino has made it clear that he will leave for good this summer and Parma boss Francesco Guidolin apparently having agreed to take charge of the side.
As for the team news, regulars Mourad Meghni, Albano Bizzarri, Francelino Matuzalem and Christian Manfredini remain absent for Lazio.
Udinese's first choice 'keeper Samir Handanovic is suspended, together with Aleksandar Lukovic, whilst Agyemang Badu, Chris Obodo, Dusan Basta, Gaetano D'Agostino, Andrea Coda and Emanuele Belardi are all already out injured.
