Analysis:

A.S Roma last defeat came last October last year and no doubt at the moment they are the form team in Serie A. They have managed five consecutive wins coming into this match and it will take a brave men to go against them tonight.

Last weekend they beat Fiorentina 1-0 and Claudio Ranieri will be eager for his charges to keep up the good form against Palermo at home.

It will not be an easy task as Fiorentina are also in good form having lost just once in their last five matches. Delio Rossi is getting results, with a 2-0 victory away to Milan and a 3-0 thrashing of Fiorentina being two outstanding victories recently. Rossi is pushing hard for a champions league spot and will hope his charges put in a good performance at the Stadio Olimpico tonight.

As for the team news, Ranieri has a fully fit squad to choose from with no suspensions apart from Luca Toni who remains sidelined by the injury sustained against Juventus.

Rossi, on the other hand, has a few issues to contend with as Georgian striker Levan Mchedlidze is ruled out by injury and former Juve midfielder Antonio Nocerino is suspended for this fixture.

Last season A.S Roma prevailed 2-1 so Roma should get all three points once again in this tough encounter.

Cheers and good luck,
Cruiser
