The New England Patriots-Tampa Bay Buccaneers game won’t exactly be a good contest for watching purposes, unless you are a Patriots fan, but it should be a game for betting.

The Patriots look like they’ve finally regained their swagger with a crushing 59-0 win over the Tennessee Titans last week. While beating the 0-6 Titans isn’t exactly a feat since everyone who has faced them this year has done, the fashion that the Patriots stomped them was impressive.

One week after facing one of the worst teams in the AFC, the Patriots now get to face the worst team in the NFC: Tampa Bay.

The Bucs have been downright ugly so far this season and are coming off yet another discouraging loss. The Bucs lost at home to Carolina, who had just 65 yards passing. This should be a very lopsided contest and people who are betting should get on the Patriots bandwagon as the wheels are getting in motion right now.

Last week, the Bucs only gave up 65 yards passing but that was mostly because the Panthers mauled them on the ground, accruing over 250 rushing yards. This week, their defense is going to take a different type of beating: through the air.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has been off with his timing and off with his throws when he’s been targeting his receivers. Last week, he found his magic touch again, throwing for six touchdown passes. This week, in Tampa Bay, should be child’s play.

The Bucs also have a bad offense, like Tennessee, which means they will keep giving the ball back to Brady and the lethal Pats offense over and over again. They are going to get ample opportunity to throw deep and undress the Bucs defense.
