2008-11-02 - GREEN BAY Packers at TENNESSEE Titans

A Sports Betting Pick by Dogg

Green Bay Packers (4-3) @ Tennessee Titans (7-0)
LP Field, Nashville, TN
Sunday November 02, 2008 - Kickoff 1:00 PM ET,

This seems like a perfect trap game for Tennessee, They are undefeated, playing at home, coming off a big win against the team that used to own their division, on a Monday night.

Green bay is coming off a bye week, giving them an extra week to prepare for the Titans. That extra week also gave a couple key defenders time to get healthy. Pro Bowl cornerback Harris and and safety Bigby. Those two will help tremendously.

The Packers offense also was helped by the extra week. Quarterback Rodgers had time to let his sprained shoulder heal. Yes the Titans defense has given the fewest points in the league, but the Packers are averaging almost 28 points a game.

I think it's time for the Titans to come down to earth a little. They are a very good team, but not a dominate team. If the Packers can slow down the Titans running game , and force Collins to pass, like Indy did last week, I think Collins will throw a few interceptions.

I'll take the Packers plus the 5.5 points, but wouldnt be shocked to see Green Bay win straight up.

The Pick :

Green Bay 21 - 23 Tennessee
